"Tenderness is the weapon of one whose love is neither perfect nor complete"      - R. Browning

As my love for plants informs my work with people, I introduce as few suggestions to clients as possible, aiming to support sensory-relational awareness, depth of experience, and body-mind connection. I specialize in emotional nuances and their impressions upon physical patterning.

Meditative practices and plant psychology have been largely influential to my practice as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, helping me to relate appreciatively to all aspects of disharmony--from the seed to cardinal symptoms. I am grateful to have studied Ayurvedic Health Counseling at the Mahatma School of Ayurveda, and herbal medicine at The Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism, The Gaia School of Healing and Earth Education, and Twin Star's school of Clinical and Ayurvedic Herbalism.

Believe it or not, I am also a high school English teacher.  I received a master's degree in writing from the late Goddard College and went on to live/study at Karmê Chöling, a Buddhist meditation retreat center in Barnet, Vermont, where I was fortunate to keep a community apothecary and consultation practice. I currently reside in the Seacoast Region of New Hampshire.
